Victim of Prince Philip Car Crash Wants the Duke to be Prosecuted

Prince Philip
The British woman, Emma Fairweather, who was traveling with a nine-month-old baby and another woman in a Kia when she got involved in a collision with  Prince Philip's Land Rover Freelander near Sandringham, Norfolk on Thursday has asked that the Duke be prosecuted like any other person.  Prince Philip, 97, escaped without injury, although both women required hospital treatment. The baby was not injured. Alternatively, Ms. Fairweather would like to see the Duke lose his license to drive.

Many are wondering why the Duke drives himself in the first place.  This crash has once more raised the issue of how old is too old to drive?

The mother-of-two has reportedly indicated she is considering legal action after, according to her, not receiving a personal apology from the Duke.  She's considering filing a personal injury claim, especially after doctors told her she could be off work for two months with her injuries.
