Former Commonwealth Secretary-General, Emeka Anyaoku, has issued a warning to President Muhammadu Buhari, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and Nigeria's security services to avoid conduct that could call into question the integrity of the forthcoming elections. He also called for a return to the federal structure that existed prior to the first military coup.
