White Folk Keeping the Proceeds of the Original Sin of Slavery while Punishing the Black Man for "Modern Day" Slavery

One needs neither be overly cynical nor have sympathy for Ike Ekweremadu to point out the patently hypocritical sanctimony of white folk in this particular "modern" slavery criminal conviction in the UK.

Now that slavery is to be punished rather than rewarded, the Black man has become the exemplar,  the perpetrator of the heinous evil  that is slavery, and the white man has become the knight in shining armor, the prosecutor and exemplar of the anti-slavery crusader.  

Am I the only one concerned about this white Daniel Come to Judgment in a Black on Black crime?
